One of the key takeaways I try to drive home is that more general physical activity is crucial for health. Yes, resistance exercises are brilliant for bone density, muscle mass, hormonal health, heart health and a million other things, but ANY physical activity done enough to become a habit or routine is IMMENSELY impactful for your health both mental and physical.

Points will be awarded for consistency, taking the hard road, acting in the spirit of the challenge and BONUS points for roping someone else into the challenge (it’s free for everyone!!) AND filming one of your tough sets and posting it/tagging EBHP on the socials.
