Luke puts the Professional in PT. He takes training to a whole new level with science and evidence. We train outdoors and Luke is adept at using what’s available to always push to me to my limits. Most importantly Luke makes me feel supported. Let’s just say I am not a fan of gyms. I’ve struggled with weight and body image my entire life. Luke pushes me when I need to be but is sensitive to my extensive emotional baggage. Yes, I’ve lost weight and got stronger but Luke teaches a healthy perspective on fitness that means I don’t get caught up with a loss or gain of a few kilograms. He’s also helped with me eating healthier. Highly recommend.
I’ve trained with Luke for years in small group sessions and one on one sessions and absolutely love it. His training is always tailored to my particular fitness goals and level and flexible enough to have accommodated changing schedules, pandemic lockdowns, overseas relocation (via Zoom sessions) and now pre-natal training. His technical (including osteopathy) expertise and experience has given me the confidence to train whilst avoiding or in some cases recovering from injury, and all the way through pregnancy. Aside from achieving great enduring fitness results with Luke, he has a great sense of humour and has managed to keep me engaged and motivated in regular training over so many years because training with him is such fun.
